Main Responsibilities:

• Execution of product launch and project initiatives with functions for dynamic lighting solutions;
• Dynamic lighting project schedule pushing and management and improve achieving rate;

• PPM related documents implement, maintenance and updating;
• Necessary customer visit on technical clarification and commissioning

Requirements:

R&D Electro-mechanical Engineer

Description:

• Development of new product of LED luminaire.
• Support the development of technology platform, materials.
• Support the industrialization process of LED Luminaire.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and conduct cost effective R&D projects according to established scientific methods and international standards, and improve, generate new products, components, equipment, systems, and testing procedures;
• Perform calculations, component and product specifications in collaboration with relevant departments, and other technical documentation so that prototype designs are optimized. Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions;
• Responsible for whole product solution; coordinate the mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal design;
• Analyze and evaluate supplier electronic and mechanic solutions and samples, and provide improvement proposals;
• Do competitor products benchmarking;
• Develop and maintain technical expertise on solutions and innovations in research and science;
• Ensure that patent situation of new product development is checked and that patents are applied for innovative results;
• Communicate with marketing to define product specification, performance and cost;
• Cooperation with manufacturing, QM and OEMs for product development and introduction;
• Monitor the product development process. Support first production. Ensure project time scheduling

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years in LED lighting is preferred;
• Experience of working in a company with good project management and well defined R&D processes is a must;

• An experience at international companies is preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree or above, related to Mechanic, Electronic, Material Engineering, or other related fields;

R&D System Electronic / Firmware Engineer

Description:

• Development of new product of LED luminaire.
• Responsible for R&D tasks in design and evaluation of SSL electronics.
• Development / Modification of smart drivers, including DMX protocol, Zigbee, DALI, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Quality Engineer

Description:

• Lead quality assurance for new product whole lifecycle: prepare test case or test plan by DFMEA and design review, follow up all the tests (firmware/ software/ system/ performance/ safety/ reliability, etc.) for smart control products and LED luminaires, follow up product approbation to ensure the product quality. Bugs & problems detection/ management and follow up to close. AQP document prepare for products & process to ensure the CTQ and KPC are controlled. Risk evaluation and risk taking to ensure the products quality & delivery & cost.
• Lead supplier quality management and supplier continuous improvement.
• Lead change management evaluation and implementation.
• Work closely with internal NPI team and external suppliers to develop continuously improvement on product quality & process quality by LEAN methods.
• Handle customer complaints, support failure analysis, and drive for field call rate reduction.

Main Responsibilities:

• New product quality assurance by quality tools to ensure product quality & compliance for global market. Author for design review/ problem history/ test plan/ QCWI/ audit report. Ensure AQP related documents effectiveness, eg. Test reports/DFMEA/ CTQ/ KPC/ control plan/ EHS/ risk evaluation…;
• Supplier quality management to ensure pilot production and mass production process quality / product quality: product or process failure analysis and corrective action/ OQC/ PPCM & ECN/ customer complaints 8D/ VDA6.3 audit/ QBR/ monthly and quarterly evaluation/ training/ supplier development…;
• Failure analysis for design/ process failures to get the failure mechanism and loop back for continuously quality improvement;
• Monitor ISO 9001 compliance and other quality related issues

Requirements:

• Work in electronic/ lighting related industry in manufacturing or design environment minimum 5 years;
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing or related disciplines;
• Relevant experience in engineering or quality management;
• Experience in electronics, optical or project management will be an advantage;
• Experience in new product release/ supplier management/ customer complaint;
• Open-mind & Fast learner;
• Strong influence and communication skills with internal and external parties;

Job Description:

• Provide analysis and insights linking financial reports to business strategies and support the development of best practices.
